Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is so passionate about making a pragmatic difference in her clients’ lives. Her counseling journey is characterized by her three years’ experience as a mental health advisor in the Arkansas Department of Corrections and two years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings. The foundation of her counseling journey stems from her over twelve years’ experience as a foster parent providing a home, support, care, and promoting the safety and well-being of children and youth.
Olivia believes in counseling that fosters collaboration, exploration, empowerment, and autonomy to maximize emotional balance, healthy relationships, greater self-confidence, and self-agency. Olivia has been married for 26 years, has three children, and many nonbiological children form fostering. She enjoys working out, cherishes quality time with family and friends, prioritizes self-care, travel, relaxation, cooking, and loves watching series and movies.
