Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of clinical and school-based experience working with adults, teens, and children to overcome emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. She has worked extensively with school administrators and personnel to improve and raise awareness about mental health needs in the schools and community.
She values honesty and openness in relationships and building trust with others. Kelsey enjoys working with others to unlock their internal struggles in order to move toward a more positive, encouraging future with those they desire connection with.
Kelsey has been married for 7 years and has three young children. In her spare time she enjoys singing, hiking, exercising and spending time at the lake, or doing anything outdoors. She values her family and friendships and finds joy in pouring her energy into others.
Kelsey has devoted most of her career to working with teens and young adults struggling with past trauma, relational conflict, and anxiety or depression. She is a compassionate and thoughtful counselor that is honored to help others find true strength and confidence in their own abilities. Her faith is what guides her life and gives her direction and purpose each day.
